How can I apply for an AsiaPay Mastercard?
You can apply for an AsiaPay Mastercard directly through the AsiaPay Mobile App if you are already an AsiaPay customer. Simply log in to your account, complete the required identity verification (if applicable), and submit your card application. If you are not yet an AsiaPay customer, download the AsiaPay App from the iOS App Store/Google Play Store/Huawei App Gallery, register for an Asiapay Wallet, and then apply for your AsiaPay Mastercard through the app.
Card Activation & Card Management
How do I activate my Physical Card?
To activate your Physical AsiaPay Mastercard, please open the AsiaPay Mobile App, select your card, choose Activate Card, and complete the required verification steps. Once activation is successful, your card will be ready for use.
How can I view my card PIN?
You can securely view your card PIN through the AsiaPay Mobile App after completing the required authentication process. Like ( entering CVV then your wallet PIN) For your security, never share your PIN with anyone.
My card is lost. What should I do?
Please immediately block your card through the AsiaPay App, then request a replacement card (lost and stolen option) through the app or contact the AsiaPay Call Center. We will help secure your account and guide you through replacement.
Can I have more than one Physical Card?
No. Only one Physical Card is allowed per eligible customer.
POS, ATM, Contactless & E-Commerce Transactions
Can I use my card at any POS terminal?
Yes. Your AsiaPay Mastercard can be used at merchants displaying the Mastercard acceptance mark, subject to your available balance, card status, and applicable transaction limits.
Can I withdraw cash from any ATM?
Yes. Your Physical AsiaPay Mastercard can be used at ATMs displaying the Mastercard acceptance mark, subject to your available balance and withdrawal limits.
Can I use my card for online shopping?
Yes. Both the Virtual AsiaPay Mastercard and Physical AsiaPay Mastercard can be used for online purchases at merchants that accept Mastercard.
Can I use my card for international purchases?
Yes. International transactions are supported immediately after car activation subject to card configuration, applicable regulations, and available balance.
Wallet, Reload & Card Transfers
How can I reload my AsiaPay Mastercard?
You can reload your AsiaPay Mastercard by transferring funds from your AsiaPay Wallet using the Wallet-to-Card Transfer feature available in the AsiaPay Mobile App for both Card currency IQD and USD .
Is there a minimum amount required to reload my card?
Yes. The minimum reload amount is subject to the approved product limits. Currently, the minimum reload amount is 10,000 IQD (approximately USD 7.5) for USD account balance For the latest reload limits and applicable conditions, please refer to the AsiaPay App.
Is there a maximum amount I can reload?
Yes. Reload transactions are subject to the approved transaction and daily limits applicable to your card product. Currently, the maximum reload limit is 13,000,000 IQD (approximately USD 9,848) for your USD account balance. For the latest limits and applicable conditions, please refer to the AsiaPay App.
